I am! 😁 I much prefer the older seasons because the newer seasons just don't have that same emotional connection with the audience anymore. Don't get me wrong, The Simpsons is generally very funny, but what about the wholesomeness? For example, the episode where Bart got a Michael Jackson impressionist who is a mental patient to sing for Lisa on her birthday. Or when Homer thought he was going to die but ended up living! The Simpsons is just generally something I can rewatch and never get tired of. I don't really care if I am missing out on the new stuff, it's just not as satisfying or familiar to watch.
